With this phone Nokia seek to regain the market. A high-end phone with more advanced features is expected. At least, that’s what has been leaking and rumored.
In February data was leaked on the Nokia 8, although not everyone was sure that they were totally truthful. But at least it was the only information we had on the phone. In addition to the first images. Now, a new filtration gives us more data.

Nokia returns to the mobile space with Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6. But the Nokia 8 is the one we are all waiting for…
Nokia is back and means business. Or at least, HMD is again brandishing the name of Nokia as a high-end device club, to lead the fight with Samsung and Apple.
The firm has launched a series of Android-based smartphones on the market already; but so far, it has produced nothing in the flagship category. Rumors have been standing, however, that something is being prepared. Something called the Nokia 8.
The Nokia 6 Has come to market as a mid-range phone and has sold phenomenally well so far, in fact, HMD can barely keep up with demand; especially in China, where it seems to have no new stocks since it was sold within Minutes!
We have heard of the Nokia 8 for a while now as well as the Nokia P1, and there is a lot of speculation that the two could be the same device. Above all, it is unlikely that the names have been finalized.
However, NPU suggests that, like a Nokia 8, there will be a Nokia 7 and both will feature, a new unibody metal design with ultra-thin bezels.
What’s more, both are supposed to run on the CPU yet without announcing Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 (the successor to line SD 652 and 653). Importantly, it is not the Snapdragon 835 flagship Nokia rumored to come with devices.
We are left with a possible number of scenarios, perhaps the Nokia 7 and Nokia 8 will be different phones from the Nokia P1 logo; for example. Maybe the Nokia P1 will be the Nokia 9?
Nokia 8 Price in Dubai, U.A.E
Price to be announced soon but the Expected price in Dubai will be AED 2,800 = $760
The Nokia 8 described in the NPU report as flagship or not, will have a QHD screen resolution; while the Nokia 7 will have a 1080p screen in place.
It is stated that the duo can share the same rear camera settings, which are supposed to be different from what we have seen in Nokia’s fleet so far, with larger sensors to boot.
Fingerprint and quick-charge scanners are also tilted for both, while the Nokia 8 may have Carl Ziess optics; despite recent rumors suggesting otherwise.
In addition, HMD has secured a strategic agreement with Foxconn and has confirmed that it will work closely with Google; to ensure faster Android updates for their phones.
HMD, then, seems to be trying to turn their Nokia phones into Nexus-style devices with quick updates; clean software, bloatware-free and aggressive pricing.
“Most smartphones on the market do not have the Android operating system the way it should be,” said HMD Global vice president for Middle East and North Africa.
“Vendors are adding a skin on top of the operating system. Consumers have the right to have the latest version of the operating system; and we will push the latest version and patches as soon as it is available from Google.”
“We and Google together will enhance the brand of Nokia to put the right kind of features on the phone, including Google Assistant,” he said.
This is a rather interesting niche in the Android space, now that Google’s Nexus phones are gone; since it’s something that no one is really exploiting.
OnePlus competes in price, but not in upgrades, for example, so by following this route and doing it successfully; Nokia could find itself in a very good position in 2018/19.
The launch campaign for Nokia’s MWC 2017 was quite impressive. The company announced a trio of Android handsets – the Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 – which are exclusively designed, to cause huge undulations in the mid-range mobile market support.
The Nokia 8 features dual camera
A new leak has revealed data on Nokia’s plans. The company is preparing to launch four devices . The Nokia 3, the Nokia 5, the Nokia 8 and the Nokia 9. We focus on the data of our protagonist today, the Nokia 8.
The phone that will return Nokia to the top. In the video and filtered images, we can see that the design of the device is similar to the images filtered by February.
One of the most important aspects that has revealed this leak; is that the Nokia 8 will have a double camera. Undoubtedly an aspect that contributes to the high-end picture of this device.
The design, as you can see, has not changed much about the first leaks. In addition to the double camera, other aspects that have been observed in the images are a USB type C port. And that the 35 mm jack is on the top of the device.
Nokia 8 mobile phone Specs
Nokia 8’s specifications are unknown although previous gossip and leaks, of a few months ago talk of a cell phone with a metallic design; with a 5.5-inch screen with a 2.560 x 1.440 Quad HD resolution and a Snapdragon processor 660.
If confirmed that the phone of the image was the Nokia 8, it would be a cell phone with dual camera although; so far, the phone’s multimedia equipment was only speculated that it would be a camera with high quality Carl Zeiss optics.
